uphill slopeunclean tap

The location was mostly fine. but the walk back to the hotel after shopping was not easy. it was uphill. Carrying heavy bags made it harder. also. i saw some mould on the basin in the bathroom, and the tap wasn't very clean. the air conditioning was set to only 26 degrees. The room felt stuffy. i asked the staff to lower the temperature, and they suggested i open the window!

My co-worker recommended this place, and it was great. Two metro stations (Euljiro-3 and Myeongdong) are within a 10-15 minute walk. A convenience store in the lobby was very handy. The room was clean (i don't prefer everyday room cleaning). Housekeeping was great as the housekeeper asked if I needed anything before noon (like water or towels). There were also eight different pillow options available at the reception. I chose a magnetic pillow based on my co-worker's recommendation.

The gym closing at 10 pm isn't ideal if you have a late travel schedule.

I found a GS25 right inside the hotel, a VERY convenient feature. The floor I stayed on included a self-service corner with an ice machine and microwave. IT was quite helpful.

I encountered an issue with the washing machines. My clothes were removed before the cycle finished. The hotel did not offer adequate assistance. The gym closes relatively early at 10 PM, limiting workout times.

Wow, this hotel was really nice. i loved the cleanliness. The housekeeping was great. i really appreciated the eight different pillow options available upon request. I chose the magnetic pillow. i found the basic standard room surprisingly spacious, complete with a bathtub and sofa, that was amazing!

everything was fantastic, but i noticed the self-check-in lockers could use a bit more lighting, just a minor thing!

The hotel is near to myeongdong. You can reach it with a short walk. there are two metro stations nearby, euljiro-3 and myeongdong station, and the walking distance is just less than 15 minutes, amazing. the location is awesome for exploring and convenient access.

the hotel has a convenient store right in the lobby, so useful. there are self-check-in lockers, a big plus. there is also a self-operated washing machine on site, and that's wonderful.

The hotel is conveniently located near the subway station.

I encountered a few issues. The room temperature was stuck at an uncomfortable 27.5°C and could not be adjusted using the thermostat. Reception suggested I open the window rather than adjusting the temperature. Breakfast lacked variety. There were no pastries available.

I faced some problems . the gym's early closing time at 10 pm was inconvenient. it didn't suit my schedule as i was usually out exploring until late. also, the staff lacked empathy when i reported an issue with the washing machines. They seemed indifferent to my concerns.
